However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our clear and simple Return & Refund Policy.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

All tags, manuals, charging cables, and accessories are intact and included.

The product is not marked as final sale or a personalized custom order.
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, pet products that show signs of heavy use, pet hair, or damage caused by the pet (chew marks, etc.) cannot be returned.
Non Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

Gift cards and promotional giveaway items.

Personalized or custom-made pet collars/tags.
Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

Smart Pet does not charge any restocking fees.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Get Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and step-by-step instructions.

Ship the Item: Carefully pack your item and ship it to our business address provided below.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your smart pet gadget arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at smartpet771@gmail.com. Please include:

Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

A brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return has been inspected and approved.

Refunds include the cost of the product(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds typically take:

5–10 business days to process internally.

3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, you must follow the standard return process after the item arrives.
