ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 7–15 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM EST. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A:  Standard Shipping: Flat-rate fee of $15.00 USD on all standard orders.

  • Express Delivery: $35.00 USD for faster shipping (3–7 business days).

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number. You can use this on our "Track Your Order" page to see real-time updates on your delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept secure and trusted payment options including:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Simply email us at smartpet771@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

A: Currently, Smart Pet primarily serves customers within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to pet lovers worldwide in the near future!

Q: Are the smart devices safe for all pets?

A: Yes, all our products are tested for safety and made from non toxic, pet friendly materials. However, we always recommend supervising your pet during their first few uses of any new electronic toy or feeder.
